At the end of 2021, the French group Reborn, European leader in the recycled flexible plastic packaging market, launched the first plastic film de-inking line in France at its Ogeu-les-Bains site. At the same time, the SPI fund, managed by Bpifrance, invested alongside the group in its subsidiary XL Recycling to industrially deploy its innovative plastic recycling solution.
Context
Reborn wanted to take the lead in a societal context marked by the fight against plastic waste and the efforts made to develop recycled plastics.
